EVENT TYPE: 501/RL Formal
WHAT: Tanner's 40th Birthday
WHERE: 13333 SW 68th Parkway, Suite 310,Tigard OR 97223
DATE: Thursday, April 7th
TIME: Arrive: 7:45am/In costume: 8:30am
DETAILS: Tanner is one half of the Tanner& Drew show on 105.9 The Brew. He's turning 40 on April 7th and is a huge Star Wars fan. We thought it would be cool to have a Storm Trooper literally storm into the studio while he's on the air on April 7th and present him with a Star Wars Birthday Cake (which we will provide of course!)
PARKING: Large free parking lot at our building
CHANGING AND STORAGE: We have a green room that is the perfect size for changing and storing the bins. There are very few people in our radio station at that time so we will make sure your belongings are safe
COSTUME REQUESTS: Storm troopers
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: No, please keep signups limited to adult members of Cloud City Garrison and Kashyyyk Base
ANYTHING ELSE: This will happen while the show is on the air which just adds to the fun! This will be a surprise for Tanner if we can make it happen so it will not be promoted in advance. We hope to have at least one Stormtrooper, but would take more if you are able to make it work.

Tanner and Drew are on 5A-10A, what particular time in that window is planned, anyone know yet? I listen to the Brew when I come up to Portland.

I'll arrive at 7am to get into armor. It generally takes me a half hour to get into armor, and if it takes another 15 minutes or so to get me to the green room, I could see getting suited up by 7:45am, and then I can do the appearance either in the remainder of the 7am hour, or any time during the 8am hour.
Does that time frame work for them?
