Hello everyone - 

I had a great conversation with Allan Quick yesterday.  He filled me in on the fun you have and the good works you do for your communities.  One of the event ideas we discussed was to have you out to Valley River Center during our Radiothon in April.  We broadcast live from Center Court in the mall for three days.  Having your 'troops' join us on Saturday April 5 would be a real crowd pleaser - and a good boost to our final day of fundraising.

Sacred Heart Medical Center has been a Children's Miracle Network hospital for 20 years now.  The great thing about this affiliation is that ONE HUNDRED percent of the funds raised in our area, stay in our area to help sick and injured infants and children at OUR hospital.  No overhead is taken out, and none of our donations are sent to our national organization.

I will work out the details with your C.O.  (see! I'm learning the lingo!)  I look forward to meeting you all.

Hi Karen! 

I will say tentatively (seeing as I am unable to plan my life more than a week ahead of time) that I will definitely try to make this event!  I know that we've got lots of troopers around Eugene and Salem area, and we should be able to give a great turnout for you.   :mrgreen:
