Hello! My name is Steve and I have finally made the leap to come out of the woodwork and order my ANH armor kit. I am extremely excited and hopeful to get to meet a lot of you and spend time with others who love the idea of trooping as much as I do. I have always been a Star Wars fan but it wasn't until my adult years that I became more and more drawn to the sub culture the movies and lore sparked. I live here locally in Vancouver, WA and it will be some time before my kit is ready but for now I will do what I can to be involved in other ways. Not sure what else to write but I wanted to throw my hat in the ring and say hi.

Welcome from another Stormtrooper Steve! That's great to hear that you're joining the ranks! You're welcome to come out and join us as a spotter, check our spotter thread for updates, and it's a good way to meet people and see what our events are like (and start research on the costume). Which kit did you order?

Will be great to have more representation in Vancouver! It's not far from Portland, but sometimes the traffic makes it feel like it is so I know our folks up there would love to grow the ranks!
