K9 Kavalry brings free service dog training and community to US military veterans.
PARKING: Free public parking.
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Last year you geared up in the staff area of the event or in the car. We are asking to have the bathrooms unlocked this time.
COSTUME REQUESTS: Any. Surprise us. Try to balance light/dark so we can have some fun with it
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS: It's our third annual May the 4th K9K event! First one was just a test. Second one saw the entrance of the Cloud City Garrison. It's now tradition! We would be so honored if you were join us again this year.
ANYTHING ELSE: 501st members must check in with the organizer before gearing up. Safety briefing concerning dog interactions will be given. Each member will be assigned a staff member as a main POC. Lots of Veterans from every branch at this event. Yours are definitely welcome here amongst our crowd.
