2008: Starlight Parade Staging Area and Parade Route

Hey Troops,

We are number 93 in the lineup this year.  Our staging area is on the corner of NW 8th and NW Flanders (see spot #93 marked in green).

If you remember from last year, we parked in the lots (marked in Purple) and suited up behind the "former" Burger King in on NW Couch and NW Broaday.  Also, there is a LARGE wheel chair access space for anyone who may have that need.

We must arrive to the parking lots by 6PM (NO LATER!!), because NW Burnside St. closes down at 7PM. Please do your homework as much as possible to orientate yourselves with where you have to be, and when!!

Here is a mapquest link with a suggested TRAFFIC route from the disbanding area (the black dot) back to our parking area (the red dot), but you can easily cut corners when walking or wheel-chairing back:
