Sounds like fun!  I'm planning to represent Batman as long as I can, but the only other time I wore this particular suit, 2 hours was my limit.  I think I can go longer, but we'll see.  If not, I've got an alternate costume I may debut for the remainder of the day.

Not sure how long I'll be able to stay after 5pm, as I had to cancel on a friend for his Christmas party last Saturday for the bell ringing event, but they're having another one in town this Saturday.  Too many parties and events, and not enough Saturdays.

OK guys, if everyone could get here by 10, and get changed to wow the crowd at 11, that would be great. I will be at the shop at 9 at the LATEST. And am working on setting up the room next door all night. This is gonna a BLAST   .........old tony kenobi

i am not sure if i will make it or not, but if so i will try to be there kinda early so i can help you set up.
i wont have a costume but will be bringing my MR FX saber as my other one wont be done in time.

also if you would like i can bring my astromech droid along. it has a body and a dome with minor detail to the body (all outlines marked) and no detail to the dome,  but it could be set up somewhere if you would like. if not that is fine as well.

anyway, this is if i end up making it. will try to edit post with more descriptive answer later or tomorrow morning.

I am so sorry for the late notice, but both our boys have been sick the last few days, and now I am getting what they have : (

i am going to try to have my dad get me there, and then my aunt pick me up, and ill stay with them and hang with my cousins.

thats the hopeful plan. and im very sure it will work.

so i will come as a jedi and ill bring the droid. is the party afterwords for just adults, or are the youngins like me welcome as well?

if i dont end up coming tomorrow i will give you a call at the shop.

It's 6:15 am and I'm just sitting down to sneak in a few hours sleep before heading in to the shop...    Dyed both surcoat and cape and they're not quite as dark as I wanted, but still significantly darker than they were.  I think it's going to look pretty great.  Fitted my new dome and got it all packed up.  Batman's off the mannequin and packed in too!

Will try to be there as close to 10am as I can, if I don't sleep through the alarms after being awake for 24 hours now.   

Really excited to spend the day in costume(s) though, and I look forward to seeing everyone there!
