MISSION COMPLETE: 09.25.10: 2010 Pig Bowl-The Dalles, Saturday Evening

I'm going to be going on the radio shows here locally the next few days and would love to tell people who they can expect at the Pig Bowl this year. Vader, Chewy, Liea, Scout, Mando and so forth as examples. My kids and thier friends start talking about it at school and get all fired up about you guys coming to the game and love to come get your autographs and take pictures and so forth.

As far as I know we have Scout, Mando and Crewman. Anymore? Let me know.

I will email other garrisons to see if anyone will come up from California or down from Washington to support this event.

For the third year in a row I can honestly say, again,: BEST. TIME. EVER!!!!

Curt keep up the good work. I can't wait to hear how you guys did this year. And thumbs, way, up to your son; who's Jawa costume was definitely the best I have seen.  IF you want his costume to, 501st, standards you could go to kraytclan (<-Link to Jawa standards) detachment.

Ralph, I hope you get better soon man. I will make sure to get you a room for next year. I know how much you wanted to use it after a long hard day of trooping.

Even though CCG only had one member in attendance the professionalism and dedication to help out a charity is still there and we down here in The Dalles appreciate it.

Well, we got to hand the check over to the family last night and you can check out the article at the following location.

We were able to hand a check to the family in the amount of $17,300. A very nice chunk of change to aid in all of their bills.
