Hey there

My name is Bryce and I’m a new hopeful member of the 501st legion. Looking forward to joining my brothers and sisters in arms in defense of the galaxy from the rebel scum. I’m interested in joining the naval branch of the imperial army and getting my tie pilot suit together. Any advice or being pointed in the right direction would be very appreciated. Also if there’s any events in the southern Oregon area I’ll be sure to be there as a spotter and participant when I’m ready. Thanks for accepting me into your ranks, I’ll see you planetside.

Howdy, I got started as a reserve pilot with the intention of going full TIE, but the Gunner helmet and armor came along with a great price so I went that way. Flight suit is the way to go for many different costumes. Go to the Jolly Roger forums as has been recommended.

I`m hoping to join myself I found a site called RS prop masters, originally I was hoping to be a storm trooper but prices are pretty expensive. I`ve shopped around a great deal and it costs a fortune whether it is a kit or ready built so I have decided to go with the ANH tie pilot. The suit is a two in one which gives you an option.

Actually you can get several costumes with the coveralls and boots as the base and then just have a small collection of various parts to switch in and out of. Only differences between a Tie pilots have the chest/back, box and helmet, remove those and put on a hat and you got Tie Reserve and Bridge Officer is removal of gloves and adding utility pouches to the belt, boom 3 costumes and you probably spent if you're lucky 500-700 bucks for 3 suits.

Exactly what I did, got approved as Bridge Crewman and reserve pilot, added the Navy Trooper later, and now finally going with costumes that don't use this flight suit as it's base after 4 years.
