Unfortunately, we're going to be at this hotel again next year :\

I thought Orycon was going to be at DoubleTree? K-con was at the Hilton downtown.

Ohh... opps. You're right. K-Con was at the Doubletree last year. I had assumed that it was there again, this year.

 :D I wish Orycon was going to be at the Hilton. It's much nicer than Doubletree and it's big enough for Orycons size so it wouldn't have the same problem as K-con.

True... but since the Hilton is going through the renovations, OryCon couldn't justify spending what the Hilton wanted to charge to have the convention there again, this year.

IT was the first, local, con I had ever heard of.  I had been thinking of going, but I didn't know if one could attend a con with out a costume*.
