Does anyone know how long the parade might last? Is it like a 45 minute short one or a much longer one?
I have no idea if it would be helpful or not PRE-parade, but I could help out until the parade moves out. It's my daughter's 3rd birthday in the early afternoon so I'd need to return to my home base late morning to get that set up. If it's helpful to be there until 10am/parade starts, let me know. If it's a short (less than 1 hour) parade, I could stay if we need a hand.
