Hey from Aloha/Inferno Squad
« on: November 24, 2017, 09:22:02 PM »
Hello! I would first like to say that I'm really excited to have joined this community! Ever since I was a child I've always wanted to be a member of the empire haha. Anyways I'm a bit new to all this so bare with me.

Recently the game Battlefront 2 came out introducing the spec ops inferno squad. Immediately I knew I wanted to cosplay as them! Especially the heavy trooper specialist Del Meeko. But since the game is also fairly new there's barley any armor (from what I've researched) being sold. I was looking in the RPF and found this individual that's selling basically everything to get me started. Here's the link to the post:

https://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=278966&p=4277151

But thing is I'm a bit in a budget so maybe that will have to wait. I always like to have an array of options to choose from.I've already pre-ordered the Anovos inferno squad helmet and just need the armor and flight suit. I wanted to see if anyone out there knows of any tailors or vendors that could help with the flight suit. And with the armor I would really appreciate help finding vendors as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for reading.

- Edward

Greetings and welcome to the forum.

I can't help you much on the armor, all I know is that the helmets that the Imperial Inferno Squadron wears are based on the Rogue One TIE pilot helmets, not the OT TIE helmets (not sure if that's going to make any difference for the 501st), and that the back torso armor is a little different with the ridge in the top center of it.

YeahI definitely saw that the helmet is based on the R1 tie pilot. But I didn't know about the torso ridge. I'll absolutely keep that in mind while searching for the armor! Thanks for the help and also for welcoming me!

Welcome! We've got a few people who are familiar with the Inferno Squad costumes, and I'm sure they'll chime in once we get through the busy holiday weekend.

Thanks for the welcome! I've seen some inferno squad costumes already built by people here on this forum. I'm crossing my fingers to see if they reply haha.

Welcome!

I think everything about the Inferno is different than the OT TI, maybe the gloves are the same.  If you havent already, you should sign up to the Inferno FB group:
