Hey William welcome back and aboard. I can quickly answer some of your questions. Jedi robes is not a good option. For armor contact Walt and company at WTF (Walt's Trooper Factory) does a decent enough kit depending on your size. Boots are a bit easier for the shadow trooper. Any Chelsea or jodhpur boot will be acceptable. But if you want specific types there's Imperial Boots, not sure if they're doing a run now, and CrowProps.
Undershirt and all of that are easy as well any plain black compression gear or even long John type of underwear is good there.
