EVENT TYPE: 501/RL Formal
WHAT: Chris and Susannah Wedding
WHERE: The wedding and reception will be in the day use are of Richardson Park in Junction City. The wedding starts at 2 pm with the reception starting approximately 3 pm. There are bathrooms to change in, but unfortunately no place to store gear securely.
DATE: Saturday, Sept 17th
TIME: 1 hour to mingle and pose for pictures at reception wedding at 2pm reception at 3
CAUSE: Ophelia’s Place Eugene, Oregon $200
PARKING: Some parking lot parking, street parking will also be available
CHANGING AND STORAGE: There are bathrooms to change in, but unfortunately no place to store gear securely.
COSTUME REQUESTS: Darth Vader, Chewbacca, and other characters from original trilogy
PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED: No
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME:
No, please keep signups limited to adult members of Cloud City Garrison and Kashyyyk Base
OTHER DETAILS: Two long time Star Wars fans are getting married.

In as a generic Jedi depending on if it's a Friday or a Saturday, but I'd need to know when to confirm for sure.  Will non-helmeted characters be allowed to wear face coverings (masks) or do they want bare faces?

yes I apologize for the way to soon post on facebook I verified with the host this wedding is not untill 2022.... at least we will be prepared!!! lol

Indeed! We'll have to wait until closer to the event for the mask questions, at that point in time there will likely be different governor's orders

OK this just in, due to COVID the date has been pushed to 2023 but along with inquiry I asked if he wanted us to do a skit or anything he said just mingle but hes open to suggestions, if anyone has any ideas lets hear them!!! still no venue as of yet but we will be staying in touch as for what they come up with.

With the date change I need to drop out since this new date now conflicts with a Girl scout event I'll be at.  However, I think my husband Ben V. (garou) can still go?
