UPDATE on parking and layout from Teresa Stout:
I wanted to include a few pics to show everyone where to park this year.  It’s a much easier access than before, and you get to smell the wonderful aromas of the Gnome Nuts cart. (They’ll give you a free donut if you stop by.)

So, we’ve redesigned our layout and have an entrance that’s a few feet away from the original entrance, but you will be staging in the building that’s only a few yards away from Storybook Land’s entrance.  (The Gnome Nuts cart is the only thing that separates the buildings!)  Also, the parking is closer.

Find the Exhibitors Entrance off of Price Road, drive in past the little blue fence and red ticket booth, then look for the building with a “Coastal” sign on it.  Then, just park anywhere there’s a space between the two buildings.

You will enter in the “coastal” building door to get ready and leave your equipment (we’ll have someone available to keep an eye on your stuff.)

Our aisles are much wider than ever, which I think will lead to some great mingling and photo ops.

CAUSE: Annual Christmas event
PARKING: Parking is available directly behind the building.
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Private area is available behind a curtained-off area in  the main building.  The area is monitored by a board member.
COSTUME REQUESTS: We welcome everyone!
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS: Free forest-like walk-through with various displays, including a visit with Santa Claus.
ANYTHING ELSE: We are thankful for our partnership with you.  SWO has added great content to our annual event.
