DATE: Saturday, August 20th
TIME: Event: 11am-2pm/In Costume: 11am-2pm (We don't want anyone overheating in the heat....so please see shifts below and sign up accordingly...if you get too warm during your shift feel free to make it shorter!)
PLEASE NOTE IT IS NOT AT THE HOSPITAL - PLEASE SEE ADDRESS DETAILS
CAUSE: Doernbecher Children's Hospital
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Car Change
BLASTER POLICY: No blasters

DETAILS: Annual Picnic for Patients/Survivors/Staff/Faculty from Doernbecher's Pediatric Oncology Hematology.  There will be a DJ, games,  crafts, food, a chance to meet other families, and more! They have enjoyed our monthly visits and have invited us to join their annual picnic for photos and mingling with the families.

ANYTHING ELSE: They would especially like any droids, if possible!

I'm pretty sure an event like this, even though it's outside, would still prefer our non-helmeted characters to wear a mask, in an abundance of caution.
