Calling all fans, spotters, and members of Star Wars Oregon, the 501st Legion, and the Rebel Legion, we're hosting a casual meet-and-greet in Sherwood.

Date: Sunday, July 17, 2022
Time: 12pm - 4pm
Where: Stella Olsen Park - 22256 SW Washington St, Sherwood, OR 97140 (covered picnic shelter)
This isn't a costumed event, but if ANY of the following apply to you, we'd love to see you there!
- You love Star Wars and want to meet some new people
- You're interested in what it takes to build a Star Wars costume
- You're interested in helping out at our events as a spotter
- You've seen us around town or on Facebook and are curious to learn more about who we are, what we do, and how we do it
- You're a fan of the impact we have on charity fundraising in our communities
- You're working on building a costume and joining us in the near future
- You're already a member and just want to spend some time with the group out of costume
Join us! Drop in any time between 12pm and 4pm, and stay for as long as you like. We'll be in our own dedicated space and minors are also welcome. There won't be any formal presentations or talks, but we will be there to chat and answer any questions you have about our group and costumes.

BBQ DETAILS:
We will have hot dogs and burgers for grilling, music, games, and raffles.
Please bring a camp chair, beverage of choice and dish/snack to share.
Feel free to bring other things to grill if you have a preference. There are outlets to plug things in if anyone is needing to bring anything with electricity.
