TIME: Anytime (would be great to have every one there at once or if theres alot that sign up work in shifts so no trooper is left behind)

Asian Celebration
Asian American Council of Oregon is a non profit to support diversity and cultural outreach
PARKING: Plenty of parking at Alton Baker Park event
CHANGING AND STORAGE:
We have an changing area behind main stage and we can store bind locked up in our uhaul that is next to organizers booth
COSTUME REQUESTS: Any
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend

Ben (Garou) will be able to be there as a jedi from 2-4pm.  I can assist as a spotter if needed as I may need to leave part way through.
Do we have a booth we're hanging out at or somewhere we're meeting?

This has been a roaming event in past. I suspect it will be the same this year. I can work with a 2pm to 4pm slot. I'll have my son with me, he might be a jedi or he might be a mando. He has not decided yet.

With the Krazy Dayz parade being a no-go, I could come down for this as a TK during the 2-4 if someone would be willing to give me a quick hand with the suit before and after.

Sounds good. I haven't been to this park before, but I imagine finding the main stage will be pretty easy?
