WHERE: Vancouver Mall, 8700 NE Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver WA 98662
DATE: Saturday, September 17th
TIME: 2pm - 4pm

DETAILS:
CouveCon is a new 'con' event happening at Vancouver Mall. It is one day of family-friendly fandom!

We’ll be in space 141, which is on the lower level, and your changing area is literally right above you on the upper level. There are stairs very close.

CAUSE:
Depending on revenue, we expect to donate at least $500

PARKING: Free and plentiful
CHANGING AND STORAGE:
The changing area is the WIFI Oasis Lounge back room – when you arrive, tell the person who is checking you in that Amy has reserved the back room of the Oasis for you and to have someone unlock the space for you.

COSTUME REQUESTS: No specific requests - we love it all!
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend

If you park on the north side of the mall between the movie theater and JC Penney, then we can meet up by the door there. It’s a short hall to the escalator downstairs.

Most of the con stuff is supposed to be downstairs, so that should be a reasonable spot to enter.
