WHERE: WOE Fairgrounds  in Cottage Grove
DATE: Friday, August 19th
TIME:
Very flexible. We'd love up to 2 hours but breaks and water are provided along woth a shaded space and AC
CAUSE:
Western Oregon Exposition
We are a hometown heritage Fair held every year. Free admission but we do ask for non perishable food donations for our local food bank. Hoping to ask for school supplies this year to help children in need


PARKING:
Parking it just outside the gates but we allow our vendors and entertainment to park inside the grounds
CHANGING AND STORAGE: We have our lockable office and another lockable office across the way
COSTUME REQUESTS: One of each? This is a family and community friendly event.
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
ROSTER CAP: 10
OTHER DETAILS: Hometown heritage fair with vendors, music, animals, presentations and history!

Wow! An event in Cottage Grove. My schedule is pretty full later that day, but I can make it to this. I’m available between 10am and 4pm. Happy to coordinate with others to find a good 2 hour time block. I’ll modify my costume based on who else signs up. Probably some form of Kylo though; I don’t know if Cottage Grove is ready for the expanded universe.

I think I may be the only one in town, so it really comes down to whether any of the Eugene folks are willing to come south a bit.

Glad to. First troop I have ever seen in Cottage Grove since I started. Hopefully they will ask us back.
