WHAT: Star Wars Night with the Trailblazers
WHERE: Moda Center in Portland
DATE: Monday, December 12th
TIME: Arrive: They would like to have us in costume around 5:15pm to be there when doors open.  We will roam the concourse for as long as you are able. We are usually there for a couple hours or longer depending on your availability and costume limitations. More details on parking and arrival in the comments.
PARKING:  see below in the comments the additional information
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Will provide a changing room with other shared characters that will include bottled water and snacks.
BLASTERS AND LIGHTSABERS: Ok
ROSTER CAP: No cap

*Please Note: Remember that they can make requests but not demands about what you do/where you go/stuff like that. All the regular rules about these types of events apply. You can't flip the coin, but can accompany someone else who does. You can't do interviews/press activities while wearing helmets, and if you do participate in some kind of media interview without a helmet on, you need to identify yourself as yourself and a member of the 501st or Rebel Legion/Cloud City Garrison or Rebel Legion/Kashyyyk Base and not as a "Stormtrooper," character from SW, or anything specifically SW that makes it look like we're officially representing the brand.

It's not my event of course but with the game not even starting until 7:00, being in costume around 4:30 - 5:00 seems a bit early.  No one will even be in the arena until 6:00.
A later appearance time might help entice a few more members too...

Just a thought.

This would be my first trailblazer Star Wars night , where would one check in for this event? Looks like we would park in the garages,  just wasnt sure where to  gain access to the changing room.

  Hoping a late arrival around 5:30 would be OK , understand if not .

Is there any more information on this event? It’s less than 24 hours away and so far we don’t have an arrival point, parking info, etc. Also no confirmation on the time after it was asked if we would need to be in costume at 4:30-5:00 for a 7:00 game.

Lastly, can we bring a handler? I typically have my wife help me dress. If she can’t make it is there someone who can lend me a hand?

Thanks for the update.
Couple of follow ups -
How do we get into the building?
Where is the best place to park (will the underground be open)? 
Where do we all meet?

Also, it will take me about 45 minutes to suit up so I will plan to be there at 4:00. 
I will need some help dressing... if my wife is not available to assist will someone be able to help out?

Looking forward to it - This should be fun!

I'm still waiting to hear back on where to go upon arrival. If we don't hear back in time go to the front entrance and say Willen Sin coordinated for Star Wars costumes to be at the event. I should have an update tomorrow once when I call the Willen.

Parking they just said in the garage. I will try to find out about underground parking.
