Here is the update for arrival and timing from the host:
Yes, a 5:30 arrival time is fine. We’re super flexible.
When the team arrives, please head towards N Drexler Dr towards the loading dock and Annex Lot (see attached map). You will see a walkway along the fence for Media to the left of the dock – it’s kind of hidden but you’ll see an entrance when the fence ends with a sign that says “Media Entrance.” Security personnel will be holding onto an envelope under “Star Wars OR” at the top of the ramp past security.
In the envelope will be your credentials and directions to your staging area. You can give our Game Night staff, Nay a text when you arrive – 253.302.1376. She will meet folks and walk them in.
We’ll have a room reserved for your group to change. It will be a shared space with 3 other members of another group.
Additional activities include our parade that we have with our entertainment group that walks the concourse, think it would be cool for you to participate in it. I’m sure our broadcast would also love for you to make an appearance as well if that’s of interest. In addition some on-court promotions but I can brief the group when they arrive.
