Hello Mike! Since your status is currently "retired" you'll need to suit up and submit photos for review. But, we could have a GML review them pretty quickly and if all is still to the standards of the CRL, they'll be able to reset your status to "active" and then you'll be able to see troop requests and sign up for some.
