A question: I think I passed the background check, three (3) clear results, so far. Does this mean I can go on the troop? Will the Vancouver library system call (email, smoke signal, etc.) me with an okay you can troop communication? Sorry, but this is all new to me; giving a background to troop. I guess I am the same way when I re-up on my required, for work, badges.
