WHAT: Star Wars night at the EMS
WHERE: 2760 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Eugene, OR
DATE: Saturday, August 17th
TIME: Arrival 2:45-3:00pm. Gates open at 4:00 pm for public.   Game starts 5:00 pm.
PARKING:
Parking will be across the street at John Serbu Youth Center. There is signage at the John Serbu Youth Center parking for "No Emeralds Parking" but Andrew confirmed volunteers have permission to park there without concern. 2727 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd
Eugene, Oregon. This is across the street from PK Park. 

Please keep an eye on this as any of it is subject to change


CHANGING AND STORAGE:
Suite 8 has been set aside for the volunteers, along with the press box used in years past.  Suite 8 will not have staff there to monitor belongings but there is staff present in the press box. weve been told if we don't have a volunteer staying in Suite 8, storing belongings in the press box is safest.  we were also informed they are trying to arrange additional space of an air-conditioned RV this was yet to be determined Alan will know come game day.

REMINDER for sporting events from LFL:
 - We are NOT allowed to throw out the first pitch, drop the puck, flip the coin, etc. We can escort another person to do these activities.
 - We CANNOT appear to be promoting a team logo by wearing, sitting/standing on, or appearing with it. This includes standing on top of dugouts. Taking pictures with fans in their team apparel is okay, though.
