WHAT: 25th anniversary
WHERE: MKS Instruments in BEAVERTON
DATE: Monday, September 9th
TIME: 1pm is the event time please show 30 to 40 minutes earlier for getting ready
CAUSE: We will definitely be donating I will have to ask what charity we would like to donate to.

PARKING: Free parking at our business
CHANGING AND STORAGE: I can request a conference room for changing and to keep belongings in.
COSTUME REQUESTS: ANY Characters would be great!!!
PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED: Maybe. I need to look up company policies first.
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS: We have an employee who is a huge Star Wars fan and we would like to surprise him for all his hard work over the years.
ANYTHING ELSE: We would like one to two hours, if possible. Jenny Weber (jenny.weber@mksinst.com) and my boss Aaron are going to handle the donation and where it will go.
