Hello, my name is Etienne I'm from Portland and I'm currently working on a Non-Saga Imperial officer crewman costume and a Rogue One TIE Pilot costume. Excited to see other people's costumes and hopefully some day become a member of the 501st.

Welcome aboard.  Have you joined the forums associated with both costumes?  They're great help for things.  I am not sure if the Officers corps will have an updated list for things like rank badges, belts, belt boxes and the code cylinders.  Which also would apply the to the TIE.  As one of the best suppliers for those sadly has shut down shop indefinitely to flee the US for their safety and of their family.
