Hey everyone,

when painting the details on tk armor, what is the best paint brush to use?

Thank you!

Hey Colby, for the buttons on the ab plate and the rivets I’d use a small rounded brush. If you are talking about the details on the helmet, I use a combination of a thin striping brush, a medium sized rounded brush, and a small flat brush.

I’d recommend watching these videos before painting your helmet to get a couple of ideas on how other people paint them:

CableGuy Dan (first of four videos on painting a helmet)

RS Propmasters (first of three videos on painting a helmet)

I used the same brushes I use for miniature painting. Your local game store should have a decent selection. Something resembling these.
