HAUNTED HOUSE CONVENTION and TONYS KINGDOM wants COSTUMES

hey everybody, the people that run the "NIGHTMARE FACTORY" haunted house down here in Salem, invited Tonys Kingdom, 501st/RL and Toby Wayne studios to have a table/booth at the 1ts annual "WEST COAST HUNTERS CONVENTION" at the Oregon School foe the Deaf in Salem on May 21-23. They mainly want monster/horror costumes. However we will be allowed to promote/fundraise for our charities shops and groups, and our fee for a booth and entrance is COMPED! I also think we could have a SW group so these venues might start thinking about having events other than just Halloween, (eg, Star Wars, sci-fi, fantasy, ren faire, super heros, etc). I knew you would want to scare a few people David. PLEASE dont let this interfere with any trooping you can do on Sat, we will have 3 days for this event, so we will be rotating people the whole time. Let me know when you want to do Jason, as Toby has a pretty awesome Jason, (and Michael Myers),  he wants so roll out in between sculpting for the crowd............ol tony

HAH! I dont mind at all, you guys might just want to show up all at once jut for a fun photo op. But I gotta warn you, Toby REALLY gets into character . It would be cool if the predator could make ab appearance too. But PLEASE dont let this trump anything you can do for the CCG/RL troops on Saturday .........ol tony

  If anyone is interested in this event let me know when you might be available, and what costume(s) you want to roll out. Please dont skip a regular 501st event for this one, I am hoping to have all sorts of guests throughout the 3 days at our tables.
  I also need some fliers, or whatever might be available for the CCG/RL to promote our cause(s) and accept donations.
  And I extended an invite to the promoters of the Rose City Comic Con to get the word out

So I talked with Ed Roberts last night, and anyone who didnt get to fill out the "background check" before the deadline has noyhing to worry about. You will all be able to come attend/volunteer under the Tonys Kingdom/ Toby Wayne Studios friend/guest "umbrella". So even if you want to stop in fow a few to say hi, (Karen, Allen), or be there all 3 days, you dont have to pony up any sheckles for admission. But I DO need a head count for the haunted house tour in Hubbard Fri night so I can let them know how much chicken to BBQ ...ol tony
