Hey! would I be able to make part of it? say before 1 to 4 or 5pm? I might have a family obligation but am really interested in learning how to help spotting! I still gotta check the schedule, but would that be a possibility?

Please come for any portion of the troop you can make it to.  As I mentioned in the PM I sent you, Cameron will be there as one of our scout troopers and has volunteered to show you the ropes.  I'll let him know to keep an eye out for you.  Let me know if you think you'll be there and I can add you to the roster.

The information that applies to spotters begins on pg. 3.  But, the biggest thing is to keep an eye out for the costumed characters, especially anyone that is in a helmet as they have very limited visibility. 

Keep an eye out for Cam (the scout trooper that I mentioned before) and he will help show you the ropes.  I'll let him know that you are coming.
